Caleb LOVES animals!! He loves reading about them, naming them when looking at pictures, practicing the sounds they make, playing with toy animals- loves them. We took him to the Zoo several times last year and he had a blast. We have been talking about taking him but the right weekend never came up. Until now! We decided to go up to Nashville to see the animals this time since we had never been to that Zoo. Nana lives less than 1 hour from Nashville, so we decided to go visit her the night before and leave from there. Unfortunately, Nana was working that Saturday to make up for taking time off the following week for Memorial Day. But Pops was excited to join us....I am not sure who was more excited about Pops coming with us- Caleb or Pops! They had a lot of fun together. Caleb still talks about going to the Zoo with Pops and Pops pushing him in the stroller. After we had seen all of the animals, we decided to leave and go eat lunch somewhere else. When Mommy turned on the Garmin and saw that there was a Cheesecake Factory nearby, she got sooo excited. That is her favorite restaurant, hands down. It was a no brainer that we were eating lunch there. Mommy asked everyone if it was ok to eat there, but I think they knew there was no choice, haha :)

What a great Saturday!! Kailyn's first Zoo trip and Caleb had so much fun :)
