Easter's on it's way...

The Gilmore's were busy preparing for Easter during the first week of April!!

Kailyn had fun posing with Mommy's fancy Easter eggs (April 2, 2012):

Caleb was excited to have an Easter party at school, he was ready to go, but Mommy convinced him to take a few pictures first (April 5, 2012):

And before we knew it, it was time to go to Guntersville to spend the weekend with Grandmama and Grandad! Grandad picked Caleb up at school on Thursday afternoon so that Mommy could do some last minute Easter bunny stuff and finish packing on Friday. (Thanks for the little break, Grandmama and Gradad!!) Daddy also took Mommy (and Kailyn) to ShoGun to kick of Mommy's Birthday weekend- yum. Then Friday afternoon when Daddy got home from work, the rest of us headed to Guntersville.

Kailyn was ready to go:

Mommy started celebrating her Birthday weekend with a yummy cookie cake from Daddy:

Grandmama was excited to see how much Kailyn had grown since the last time she saw her:

On Saturday, April 7, Caleb went fishing for the first time! Daddy, Grandad, Uncle Josh, and Addison all went too. They loaded up the truck with kids and the boat with all of the fishing gear- inlcuding crickets, and set off for the lake!
Caleb helping Grandad get the boat ready:

Caleb probably would have had just as much fun playing in the garage all day:

The kids are ready to go on their first fishing trip with Grandad:

So half of the pictures Jeremy took while fishing turned out to be movies! But they did manage to get a couple of pictures:

Mommy, Aunt Jessica, Grandmama, and Kailyn stayed at the house most of the morning. Then once Kailyn ate her lunch time bottle and went back to sleep, we all headed out to lunch and a little shopping downtown.
Kailyn enjoyed lounging for the morning:

Once the kids got up from nap, we all enjoyed the afternoon on the back porch while Caleb and Addison watered Grandmama's flowers.

Once the flowers were well hydrated, we took the kids on a golf cart ride to take some pictures. Caleb and Addison were not too interested in sitting still for pictures, but Kailyn did great!

By the time we got back to the house, ate dinner, and gave the kids baths, it was time to set out the Easter bunny's snack! Caleb and Addison had so much fun with the carrots.
