A typical Saturday for the Gilmore's...a visit to the Botanical Gardens! We love taking pictures there, they are always changing the flowers with season. And Caleb really enjoys playing there, rather it is the sand, exploring, or splashing in the water.
We started off our visit taking some 5 month pictures of Kailyn. She had just started sitting up and did a great job! She was all smiles for the camera.
Next we were off for play!! The tree houses are lots of fun to climb in. Then we walked around the pond and hunted turtles.
We are loving the new Sit N Stand stroller. Kailyn is enjoying the freedom of sitting up in the stroller vs staying in her carseat all of the time. And the back has a little bench where Caleb can sit freely with no buckles and he can get in and out as he pleases. Yay!!
It was a hot morning, so Caleb was quickly ready for swim clothes and the splash pool. On of the many reasons we love the gardens is because they have many water features that are all kid friendly and they are encouraged to play in them.
Last stop- watching the train on the way ouy! Bye, trains...see you next time :)
