A Tea Party for Baby

Last month, me and a few friends hosted a sweet baby shower for a friend in our Sunday School class. She is having her 3rd baby and it's a girl! We chose to do a tea party with a monogram theme. It was so sweet! I had a really fun time working with my friends Julie and Jenn to make sure everything was perfect for baby Jocelyn's shower. We had several snacks including wraps, strawberry sandwiches, fruit, petit fors, and more. I had fun coming up with a few monogrammed touches for decorations using my Cricut machine too. For our activity, we decided to let everyone decorate teacups. We found blank white teacups and had tons of colored sharpies for everyone to draw on their cups. Because of a time constraint, we went them home with instructions to bake the cups for 1hr in the oven on 350 then turn off the oven and let the cup cool in the oven. Everyone was so creative and it was fun to see the many different ideas we all had for our cups. Then lastly, Jocelyn was showerd with so so many cute, girly gifts! We can't wait to meet her... any day now, probably!
