Day Six- We Took More Pics!

So after the guys having a day on Tuesday and then the girls having a day on Wednesday, we were all glad to have a "normal" day together again! Everyone was excited too because there was no rain in the forecast- nothing but blue skies. We all ate a light breakfast and rushed to get ready to go down to the beach. Daddy stayed upstairs with Kailyn while she took her morning nap then they joined us once she woke up. We had a great morning on the beach playing in the sand. Caleb is still not crazy about the ocean, I guess those big rolling waves can be intimidating! Once the kids were ready to head to the pool, we packed up and went that way. We decided to stay at the pool and order lunch and swim. We got a fried shrimp and chicken fingers and it was pretty tasty. Caleb thought this was lots of fun, although he did not eat too much because he wanted to get back into the water. Soon it was time to head inside for naps and Caleb slept over 3 hours!! He was one tired little boy. After naps, we all tried to take family pictures again before heading to dinner. We dined at Peg Leg Pete's and had a great time. They are right on the harbor and had great views. The kids loved that they had a playground and got their dinners served in sand buckets that they got to take home with them. On the way back to the condo, we realized that the sun was setting quickly, so we stopped and snapped a few pictures while the sun was setting. Then once we got back, it was dark and we started out for a fun crab hunt! Caleb finally walked on the beach at night- yay :) He fussed about it for a few minutes but then decided to give it a try and he had a blast! When we came inside, Caleb and Addison somehow talked us all into watching the Fresh Beat Band before bathtime, which pushed their bedtimes to very late. But it was cute watching them laugh and dance together- those two are a hoot!! Another great day in Pensacola for the Gilmore's!!!!
