**I know, I KNOW! Sooo many Christmas posts!! But I am behind- imagine that. My main purpose for this blog is to journal for the kids. Second to keep out of town family up to date on our latest happenings. I am going to try to do better...So hang in there through a few more Christmas updates and we will be on to a 2012 year in review really soon.

Christmas with Gran Gran

On Saturday, December 22nd, we spent the day at Gran Gran's house. We met at the local mexican restaurant for a yummy lunch then headed to her house to unload the car and get the kids down for a nap. Kailyn went right to sleep, but Caleb was too excited to sleep. Well, that and Gran Gran had her cordless phone in his room and it rang and scared him big time, after that I knew it was a no nap day for him. So since Kailyn was sound asleep and it was descent weather outside, we decided that Mom should give Caleb his big present from her at that time. Uncle Blake was so sweet to put it together for him and he went around the corner and pushed it out...

He got a Mercedes Jeep! How fancy, huh? He was soooo excited when he saw it. At first, he was hesitant to drive it and just wanted to pretend. So, Mommy hopped in and took him for a spin. After that, he was sold and has been cruisin ever since.

After Kailyn woke up, we opened presents while dinner was cooking in the oven. Everyone was very spoiled and definitely had a big Christmas! We enjoyed visiting over dinner and dessert then opened stockings. At that point, it was getting late, so we had to head back to Grandmama and Grandad's before the kids got to tired. We had a great Christmas at Gran Gran's :)
